• 7th grade: Wednesday, August 10th from 8 am-3:00 pm (Health Dept. on site from 9 am-1 pm.) PLEASE PROVIDE THE OFFICE WITH A COPY OF IMMUNIZATION RECORD INDICATING TDAP BOOSTER & MENINGOCOCCAL SHOTS RECEIVED.
