SOS "Tree of Trusted Adults", Canned Food Drive, 12 Days of Christmas, Assembly on Thursday, Snowballs?
SOS Announces the “Tree of Trusted Adults”
A trusted adult is an adult that you can talk to if you have troubles or just want to talk. They offer lots of support.
Students: Go to the main office and get an ornament. Write the name of your trusted adult on one side and your name on the other side. Hang the ornament on the SOS tree of trusted adults. Get a piece of candy from the office.
Check out the tree to see your friend’s trusted adults.
Our annual food drive
It is time to start collecting non-perishable food items for our local community by the Elks. We need Boxed food, canned food, and pasta – anything that won’t perish quickly. Also non-food items like toothpaste, tooth brushes, soap, or deodorant.
The 6th period class that contributes the most items will be awarded a pizza party so bring your donated items and help someone for Christmas!
Snow is here – Snowballs?
There will be NO throwing snowballs on school grounds. You will receive an automatic detention and it could also disqualify you for our ski incentive at the end of January. Please this is for everybody’s safety.

For No Shave November this week, bring in money to support your 2nd hour cop! The list of sponsored law enforcement officers is on the office window. The three top classes choose three more teachers to do something that will embarrass them at our end of month assembly. For everyone else except our business woman Ms. McCarthy, you better step it up to beat her! She has even decided to sell mustaches as a fast pass to lunch….So 2nd hour classes, get with it and bring in those coins and dollars.
Students if you wear a mustache all day the next two days , you can use it today and tomorrow as a fast pass to lunch!
Next Tuesday, November 22, we will have our veterans day assembly with a flag retiring ceremony. We have veterans travelling from the south end of Cache Valley to do this really amazing thing for us. So in light of showing our flag and these veterans the utmost respect we will be dressing up in best dress next Tuesday. Girls, it will be cold and we will be outside so make sure to wear leggings and a long skirt or dress if you have them. Everyone needs to bring coats, it will be cold.
Make sure to get to class on time. Tardies are starting to disqualify students from our end of semester incentive.
